We have some exciting news! Due to customer requests, we have added some Canon & Nikon mirrorless bodies into our Rental Department! While these are not the high end powerhouses, they are a more economical way to explore mirrorless cameras.
– Canon EOS R8 w/RF 25-50mm f4.5~f6.3 IS STM Kit – This is our entry level Canon full frame mirrorless body which shares the same fantastic 24.2MP sensor, AF system, burst & video modes with the higher end R6mkII body. However, the R8 lacks built in image stabilization, has a lower resolution viewfinder screen, one card slot vs. two, a smaller battery and slightly lower build quality. If you are a sports or wildlife shooter, the R8 The R8 has done away with the 30 minute video recording limit of older still cameras, and is now able to record up to 2 hours! 4K 60p is supported and the R8 can also record 4:2:2 10 bit video. $100/Day or Weekend.
– Canon EOS R10 w/RF-S 18-45mm f4.5~f6.3 IS STM Kit – Positioned just beneath the top of the line APS-C R7, the mid-level R10 has a 24.2MP APS-C sensor capable of 23 fps continuous shooting on electronic shutter, and 15 fps shooting on mechanical shutter, and up to 4K recording at 60fps! The R10 also has an articulated screen for shooting at awkward angles or even to shoot selfies and vlogging. The R10 has a very compact body, perfect for travel. $90/Day or Weekend.
– Canon EOS R100 w/RF-S 18-45mm f4.5~f6.3 IS STM Kit – This is Canon’s entry level mirrorless APS-C camera, but don’t dismiss it just yet! The little R100 will impress with its excellent still image qualities from the 24.2MP APS-C sensor! The R100 has 3975 AF points covering 143 zones for quick & accurate focusing and features auto subject detection and eye detect AF at up to 6.5 fps. This AF prowess is carried over into the video side, which features a cropped 4K mode and full sensor width 1080p modes. The external LCD screen does not flip out, but it is bright and clear. $75/Day or Weekend.
– Nikon Z50 w/16-50mm f3.5~f6.3 VR Kit – Small but mighty, the Nikon Z50 has a 20.9MP DX format sensor featuring 11fps shooting for stills and 4K 30fps and up to 120fps in 1080p on the video side. The large rear touch LCD screen flips down for front facing selfies. The Z50 also features SnapBridge connectivity for remote shooting and image transfers to your smartphone or tablet. $85/Day or Weekend
