This is Profoto’s midsized RFi strip softbox. This size is great for product, fashion and portrait photography. Strip softboxes are often used as rim lights that effectively separate the subject from the background. They are also popular with product photographers requiring a long and narrow reflection with soft edges. In addition, they are a great asset when you are shooting in a confined area. Profoto strip softboxes are available in 3 different sizes. Profoto’s softboxes are designed to be a little deeper, allowing the light to bounce around a little for a more even light.
