ALBUMS & FOLDERS
We are proud to be the Canadian distributor of the masterfully hand-crafted Renaissance Albums from New York. In addition, we stock a large variety of photo presentation products from Canada (AGT Photomount) as well as the US (Tyndell & TAP Presentation products). Please note: all our albums are for re-sale. We sell those products only to photographers – not end users. If you are photographer and would to like be listed on our website as a re-seller, please contact us at info@beauphoto.com

Any prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes or shipping. We take debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and for online orders, also PayPal.

SHIPPING
If purchasing via credit card we are only able to ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. An address verification will be done to ensure that the information is correct. If is not, we will be unable to process your order.

In order to pick up an order placed over the phone or via email, the person who is paying for the order has to come in with their credit card and a photo ID. The order will not be released to anyone else.

We do our best to keep prices up to date but with the fluctuating dollar, it is sometimes hard.
Any prices quoted for an item are subject to change (up or down!) without notice unless you have received a quote with a specific deadline.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns unless otherwise defective, are subject to a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. All returned items will be inspected for wear and tear. If the warranty cards are filled out and the boxes are damaged, there will be an additional re-stocking fee.

There are no returns on film or chemicals, printer inks, opened software, special orders or printers where consumables have been installed. Please note, cash refunds can only be done up to $100.00. A refund cheque will be issued as soon as possible for amounts that exceed that amount.

SPECIAL ORDERS
There are so many wonderful photo products out there but we are unable to keep them all in stock. However, we would love to special order them for you. All special orders do require a 25% non-refundable deposit, or payment in full if under $100, prior to ordering. As noted above, no returns are permitted on special order items.

NEW PRODUCTS
Often with a new product announcement, many manufacturers require us to take a deposit on the item to hold it in a queue for you. This deposit is non-refundable. Customers with deposits will have a higher priority on the wait list if the item is in short supply than those that have not left a deposit.
